I quit playing the Sims because it was boring. But it's weeks like this that I'm kind of pleased thatCuddy made me I decided to use that grant money and make those hires. These kids are way more interesting than the Sims!
Still not sure what I think about Chase pere v. Chase fils. And yes, I know I should have some accents in there but I don't know how to make them and I'm not interested in learning. Dammit, Jim, I'm a doctor, not a webmonkey.
Let's see: Wilson gave Dad Chase three months, so that's... April, May, June. So assuming Chase gets the obituary in time, he might be heading back to Oz in the middle of winter.
That's pretty messed up. I mean, I didn't always see things eye to eye with my dad -- he pretty much thought Mark and I were mutants -- but he let us know when he got sick.
Of course, he was probably right about the mutants thing -- definitely right, in Mark's case. And you see we're still both in the land of our birth.
Hmmm. Once Pa's out of the picture, would Robert stay in Australia?I hope he comes back. He'd better not -- he'd better get back here.
Speaking of Wilson, did you catch the outfit that that bookkeeper was wearing? She seems to have a thing for green, doesn't she?

As fun and fascinating as the 'Ducklings' are, Doc, they're also breakable and/or broken. Be careful with the little ones "Uncle Greg," hey? ;-) Life may not have "space monkeys" to worry about, but, there's no 'reset' button or 'extra lives,' either. Think about that before you reach the "game over" stage. ;-)
What would you give to have a loved one back for a day, after they're gone? Think about that, too, while Chase Sr. is still in the land of the living. Obits give lousy hugs and never say 'I love you' or 'I forgive you.' And, unless you buy into the whole 'reincarnation' scene, people are dead for a long, long time.
Let's talk about 'Robert.' How's he going to feel when papa keels over from stage 4 cancer and finds out that Daddy Chase was in New Jersey to see the "Boy Wonder"? Or, that 'Bat Man' knew and didn't say 'boo'? How long do you think that winter's going to last in Robert's heart, when he finds out his real Dad and his newest 'father figure' both betrayed him? Pick out the shoes you want to be wearing when that all comes down, Doc, because you'll be in them for a long, long time. But, then, as you said to the Ducklings when you ignored the DNR order for Giles, "He’s not dead." Yet. Three months can be a lifetime.
'Speaking of Wilson,' that accountant was checking you and Wilson out as much as you were both checking *her* out. ;-) You have a habit of teasing Wilson about things like this. Not that he's a hard mark to miss. ;-) I'm starting to wonder if you're a bit fond of the color 'green' yourself, Doc. Read any Shakespeare, lately? Beware jealousy, the "green-ey'd monster" from "Othello." ;-) Or, maybe it’s just that *Wilson* is 'more interesting than the Sims,' too... ;-) "Space monkeys" don't have beating, tender hearts... but people do.
But, don't mind me: Dammit, Jim, I'm a poet, not a psychologist. ;-)

How DOES she always get the better of you? In what ways does she make you do things? Is nagging really that effective?
Huh. I didn't know you spoke French. Fluently or high school level?
Tell us more about Mark. You seem to be successful at clevering having no personal life - we didn't even know you had a brother!
Mark? Oh, Mark doesn't really count as being part of a "personal life." I'll probably end up mentioning him again, though.
